We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Our pickup partners only receive the minimum information needed (name, address, phone) to complete the pickup.

4. Device Data

Before pickup, we recommend you factory reset your device. Our pickup partners are trained to verify that devices are wiped. We do not access or store any data from your device.
